Tree Cutting/Removal Needed

I have a tree on my property (residential neighborhood) that needs to be removed. It is roughly 30-40 feet tall and possibly an Elm tree (Not Oak). It is located between my home and my neighbor's house in my backyard therefore it is not in an open location where tree limbs can easily fall to the ground as many limbs are above the roofs of our houses. I have attached pictures. (The fence panel can be removed) I am looking to have this work completed as soon as possible and can pay cash.
