Helper with fence building experience needed

I am looking for a helper who has experience in building fences specifically hog panel fences I have a small job it’s going to require building and installing the fence partially on an existing deck and to continue around the edge of the driveway which has some curves in it it’s also going to include a double gate. I can pay up to $14 an hour dependent upon experience. Must have references And photos of previous work done. Also must have on transportation I can provide all the tools and materials.
