Seeking a Lead Carpenter to manage full gut renovations, cosmetic renovations as well as new construction home building. Responsible for monitoring field carpenters on performing construction duties, communicating with sub-contractors, completing the project within the agreed timeframe, and ensuring the highest quality. The lead carpenter should be able to assign and explain tasks to the team and sub-contractors, calculate the amount of labor, time and materials needed for each project and perform all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry. Preferably have your own truck and tools though we can supply both, on site job experience managing carpentry/framing/punch list crews. Has experience with current construction practice and proper construction procedures.
