Looking for a mechanical tradesman who can work on full gut renovations, cosmetic renovations as well as new construction home building. Comfortable with current construction practice and proper construction procedures. Preferably have your own truck and tools though we can supply both, on site job experience HVAC/ Plumbing/ Electric / punch list work. Has experience with current construction practice and proper construction procedures.
