Newman's Dedicated Delivery, LLC delivers delayed luggage from ABQ. We are seeking Independent Contract Drivers with fuel efficient/reliable transportation, a smart phone, a good attitude that likes dealing with the public and customers, and that has some computer experience (excel helpful) to subcontract part of our contract to. We pick up deliveries from the airport beginning at 8:00am and then sweep the airport every 3 hours after for what has been set up. We route the deliveries by direction and then deliver them. Very simple work that is great for a motivated person who can work independently. Our standard contract pays sixty (60%) percent of all Baggage Delivery Orders. Our pricing is volume priced, meaning we offer the airlines a discounted rate in exchange for exclusive offering of all of their deliveries. The standard airline contract gives us four (4) to six (6) hours to deliver all deliveries less than 70 miles and ten (10) to twelve (12) hours to deliver all deliveries more than 70 miles. There are two (2) service levels, standard delivery and special delivery. Special deliveries are expected to be picked up within an hour of being set up and delivered with a shorter delivery window for a higher rate. Pay: Contractor is responsible for invoicing with the D.A.R.T system available for use to make invoicing easier. Knowledge of excel is very helpful for this process. Being organized helped. Invoicing is required for payment and all BDOs and supporting information must be emailed along with invoice in order to verify work performed. All rates are transparent. Billing is figured using Zip Code of Airport to Zip Code of Delivery, with mileage being figured using the "fastest route" option in googlemaps. There is set pricing by Zone, A to G representing 10 mile increments to 70miles. At 71 miles, a mileage rate is applied.
