Ceiling Fan Reinstalled

Our bedroom ceiling fan was installed about 1995, the attachment of the downrod to the ceiling has come loose and the fan has started to wobble. The fan has been working reliably since installation, runs quiet, and we do not want to replace the fan, just want it secured to the ceiling. We have a sloped ceiling, it's about 12 feet high where the downrod is attached. Please let me know what you would charge to re-attach?
