This post breaks no rules or guidelines but apparently some passive aggressive individual has nothing better to do then search for my post and keep flagging it. I am genuinely looking to provide a loving home for a bird in need so if you need a new home for a parrot, I'm looking for a companion/emotional support bird and would love to adopt bird that needs a new home. I'm 47, have experience with larger birds and fully aware of their needs. I do have dogs and cats but many of them are elderly so looking for the friend to be my companion and pet for the golden years. I have several daughters, my family is always in and out so, if I go before my birdie, they would still be taken care of and loved by people they already know and hopefully care for. I've already discussed this with them and they are willing and glad to be my birds guardians. Hopefully this also goes to show that I'm aware of how much work a large bird is and what they need. I always prepare fresh chop, with fruits, vegetables and grains with seeds as treats.
