Join our team today and begin a career, not a job....... JOB DESCRIPTION 1. This job requires the management of roofing crew as well as working with a crew installing roofing on a project. 2. A challenged-oriented, take-charge foreman who can manage day to day operations. 3. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring different roof systems using materiel such as Shingles, Wood shakes, Tar, Asphalt, Gravel, Rubber, Thermoplastics. 4. Cutting felt, shingles, or strips of flashing to fit angles formed by walls, vents, or intersecting roof surface. 5. Working on Steep-slop or low-slope roofs sometimes both Depending on your experience. 6. Removing snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials. 7. Experience working with equipment such as: boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and scaffolding. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Excellent communication skills, bilingual is a bonus. 2. 5-7 years of proven experience installing steep / low-slop roofing. 3. Valid Driver's License and source of transportation. CDL license is a bonus. 4. Strong Working Knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation high standard of integrity and professionalism 5. Strong Desire to help others learn and succeed. 6. Most power tools will be supplied. 7. Basic tools for the trade required. 8. Able to lift 50 lbs. 9. Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 30 feet. 10. Able to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or Holidays. 11. Possible Travel out of town for jobs. 12. Authorized to work in the United States. 13. High School Diploma or GED. MAIN JOB DUTIES: 1. Over seeing daily jobsite operations, including maintaining adequate materials and supplies. 2. Improving jobsite safety and home protection. 3. Document worker's hours and notify office weekly. 4. Maintaining communication with the home owner/customer on a daily basis. 5. Inspecting work in progress, making sure work is installed as per manufacturer specifications. 6. Complete all jobs according to scope, and manufactures Specifications. 7. Bring positive attitude around workers and especially the customers. 8. Can receive and send emails, texts, and phone calls. SKILLS ACQUIRED: 1. Knowledge of roofing, siding, and construction installation. 2. Product knowledge. 3. 10 hr. OSHA online safety training. 4. Certifications with Manufactures. 5.
