tonight found a coule of rings while beach sand fishing. message me a description and photo if you lost one recently on santa monica beach. if the information matches would happily get back to you, and contest a parking tickey with the city. cant close the pier parking and give a ticket for someone walking their way to the car and missed the cut off for the lower lot grrr
