Always good talking to you... here is the list of things that need to be done: 1. Fix small holes in main living, dinning kitchen area and match texture on ceiling, paint ceiling with the Behr ceiling paint I bought ( it's in apartment). 2. Properly install AC unit in second bedroom by framing unit into window using plywood and framing lumber, paint plywood insert to match room. 3. Instal new bathroom fan, and paint ceiling with matching paint in same location as other paints (near front door to apartment). 4. Change out dirty or broken light switches snd outlets with new white ones in home depot bags in apartment. 5 replace kitchen sink faucet with new one I bought... you will need adapter/reducer to fit service line/valves under sink 6. Install door knobs to bedroom and bathroom.... bag of door knob assembly in bag or box in apartment.. So appreciate your help with this
