Rehoming Indoor Siamese Cat

Unfortunately, we have to rehome our indoor Siamese cat. He is the absolute most sweetest, affectionate, low-maintenance cat. He is fixed but is missing his vaccinations for this year. Here are some logistics: -He was found as a kitten during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey in Houston -He is about 5-6 years old -He has no health issues -We want him to remain an indoor cat -He is extremely shy but very affectionate once he warms up. We believe he went through some trauma due to Harvey, and he is easily scared. However, once he sees that everything is okay he relaxes. -Definitely a lap cat -Doesn't have an interest for jumping on the table or kitchen counters. -He has never once scratched, bit, or hissed at us or anyone else. He is definitely not the confrontation type. -He does well with other cats, but we've never seen him around dogs so we don't know about that. -He would come with his scratcher, carrier, and water/food dishes.
