It never stops surprising me what people try to pass around to make a buck! KuneKune pigs have very unique personalities and characteristics when compared to pot bellies or Mini Juliana. As a kunekune breeder I can tell you the very first thing you loose when you cross breed is the PERSONALITY. The gentle nature. You can trust a kunekune breeding boar. You can trust a new mom with piglets. They are gentle pigs. Whoever is selling the these pigs - they are not even CLOSE to Kunekune. Maybe a VERY tiny % at best. These look like your run of the mill Pot Belly / Mini Juliana crosses with maybe a dash of kunekune many generations back. These don't even look close to 50/50. Cute baby mutt pigs - yes. DON'T call them a Kunekune and tarnish the true unique nature of a purebred kunekune. I've added a picture at the end here of what a TRUE REAL kunekune piglets looks like. If you want to sell your mutt mixed breed piglets for $200+ that's not my concern. Just don't use the Kunekune name to LIE about what they are.
