Process the weekly shifts with Mystic Yoga and Creative Writing! The time has come for things to shift. As we move into the darkness that is Winter, I thought adding some creative writing to the mix would help the collective process each week. Every Sunday afternoon at The Hybrid, students can enjoy an hour of yoga followed by15 minutes of writing with the opportunity to share if desired! Please bring your mat, water bottle, a blanket, and your favorite journal. I will have some paper available with pens for anyone who needs and please let me know if you will need to borrow a mat! 20% of your ticket goes to supporting The Hybrid Gallery, thank you so much for your support and contribution! MJLEGERART INC is owned by Megan Leger. A local artist teaching Leger Lessons (painting classes) at a variety of locations in the Eugene area. Art is my meditation and with these classes, I invite you into my practice.  Here I wish to share with you various techniques, color theory and a lesson in letting go.  Leger Lessons are designed to teach people how to recreate a painting in just two hours!  During class everyone is encouraged to enjoy a pint or a flight of some delicious brews while discovering creative side and unleashing their inner artist.
