Paula Berg is certified in Training Management and Learning Consulting with 22 years of experience; she also has 16 years in Mortgage Lending Sales and Underwriting Operations. We are excited to share with you that Paula served as a Past President of NAPMW in 2003-04 and has been a member since 1993. She served in many roles prior to the presidency role in 2003. She attributes much of her success and career advancements to the leadership training she received through NAPMW. Paula has been married for 40 years, her and her husband have chosen to live in Eugene, OR she enjoys being a grandma of two beautiful granddaughters; they have 3 grown children that have successful careers of their own.
