Halloween Bingo and Costume Contest. Stephanie’s Lifeline presents Halloween Bingo and Costume Contest. This is a fundraiser to help fund programs for homeless and low income families and youth in King County. $20 will buy you one bingo card that includes four spaces to play for all 7 games of bingo. Winners will choose from many different prizes. Raffle tickets will also be sold during the evening; $6 per ticket or $10 for two. Raffle ticket winners will be chosen in between bingo games. Costume contest will take place at the end of the night. Best costume, decided generally by crowd applause, wins the grand prize.
