Plumbing and Gutter work Needed

Okay this is for TWO SEPARATE JOBS. The first job is I have a plumbing issue in my basement where the pipe from the ceiling is dripping into the bucket and the drywall behind it is starting to crack please see attached pictures below I need someone of course to seal the pipe To stop the dripping and repair the drywall behind it the pay for this is $175. You would probably have to come and assess the materials you would need which is plaster drywall sealant measurements etc etc.... Just Let me know the total for the materials and I will pay you back just show the receipt The second job is I need a short gutter attachment to the ledge in the picture with the arrow in it That's a short ledge I need a gutter piece attached there and you're going to need your own ladder preferably more than 12 ft you know the ladders that go against the wall. You will have to come with your own ladder or maybe rent one and measure that short ledge and then go and buy the materials for this job of course I'll pay you back for it and just show the receipt. A Gutter piece for that short ledge is not expensive maybe 15 bucks not even. That gutter piece will have to have an exit for the rain towards my side of the house. My side of the house is where you see the white flowers on the left or the base of the arrow. The pay for this is $125. With both jobs if you do a good job I'll give you a tip PS I am not paying one person to do both jobs IT HAS TO BE TWO SEPARATE GUYS OR TWO SEPARATE CALLERS TO DO THE TWO SEPARATE JOBS. So basically if you're calling about the plumbing DON'T ask about the gutter the answer will be No you're just going to get paid to do the Plumbing same thing vice versa for the gutter.
