Led by Elisabeth and Alex, you will get to pull and form your own mozzarella, while learning the art of fresh cheese making. Join Elisabeth and Alex in a class where you will learn the art of making handcrafted fresh mozzarella. Included will be a demo done by Elisabeth and Alex of mozzarella, as well as a burrata making demo, so you know what to expect when you make your mozzarella. After, you will have mozzarella and burrata plated alongside tomatoes and basil, with the opportunity to shop in the store afterwards. If you are 21+ you are welcome to byob. Disclaimer: in this class you will be working with boiling hot water, this class is not recommended for young children, or someone who can't tolerate high temperatures on their hands.
