To many Hudson Valley residents, Betty and the Baby Boomers are the voice of the Hudson, having taught and sung about it for 30+ years. The Walkabout Clearwater Coffeehouse invites you to our first in-person concert since 2020. Proof of vaccination is required, as are masks. Betty and the Baby Boomers (Betty Boomer, Jean Valla McAvoy, Paul Rubeo, Robert Bard, and Steve Stanne) wraps distinctive four-part harmonies and sparkling guitar and dobro licks around songs from Pete Seeger, Phil Ochs, and others who inspired their generation, plus contemporary and original material in that tradition.
