Commercial Tile installer or helpers

Hi, I am currently looking for commercial tile installers or helpers, this is a 1099 position. We guarantee anywhere from 25-35 stores a year and each store is a wk worth of work but once we find and build a strong team there is a lot more work that we can pick up and do this year round. Please have at least 5 years experience as an installer and 2 years as a helper, we do not play games this is extremely hard work with minimum 10 hour days with 1 hour lunch all jobs are the same all that changes is location and size no druggies or heavy drinkers you will not make it. There is 8 to 10 jobs that have to be done by the new year so very good time to come a board. The pay is $25 for helpers and $40 for installers per hour with minimum 50 hour wks.
