Support heart health and a help a Girl Scout complete their Gold Award! This 5K Fun Run will take place at Independence Park in Pearland. The first 150 registerd participants will receive a full sleeve dry-fit shirt! This event is planned, organized and executed by Safia Khan and will help her earn her Gold Award in Girl Scouts. The Gold Award is the highest acheivement in Girl Scouts. The 5K will support the Mercy Clinic and highlight cardiovascular health. As you run you will see signs that will help you stay informed about the importance of heart health. Mercy Clinic is an innovative network of healthcare providers helping low-income or uninsured patients access quality healthcare. These services are made possible through discounted healthcare services from physicians, labs, imaging centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. The first 150 finishers will be given this beautiful medal! Packet pickup will be at the Mercy Clinic located at 951 Tristar Dr, Webster, TX 77598 on December 5th from 2 PM to 4 PM, OR you can pickup your bib on the run day starting at 7 AM. Packet pickup will close 20 min prior to the event. Three loops of the above route, all within the park. Cones and guide signs to help with route along the way. Finishers will finish under the basketball pavillion where they will recieve their medals!
