FREE Self Defense class instructed by Eric Flores-Marine, Brazilian JiuJitsu Black Belt, Judo Black Belt, as well as, Pro Muay Thai Fighter. Time: 3 pm to 5 pm CDT Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time. Covid precautions in place- temperature will be taken. Mask to be worn at your discretion. What to wear: comfortable clothing with no pockets. Shoes will not be allowed on mats. Bring water. Braid or tie back long hair. We are excited to come together to provide valuable life saving techniques at no charge to you. Look forward to seeing you.
