StretchLab is a unique wellness concept offering customized assisted stretch sessions. One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in your body and customizing a stretch routine that is just for you. In this 15 minute demo stretch session, you will realize the difference between stretching and getting stretched ~ there's nothing like it!

You'll be guided through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements that are deigned to strengthen and tone in ways that no other technique can.
