Guitarist with Practice Space

Ok, Here's the thing, I'm a "Metal" Guitarist with a practice space but my old band broke up and I'm looking for a reason to keep the room - other than just a place for my stacks to live. So, basically, any cool band that needs a guitarist and a space, or even just a sublet. I'd rather continue doing original stuff, but I can probably do that at home at bedroom Volume if no one else is interested in going in my direction musically. I like to play LOUD, but it's no fun by myself - I REALLY don't want to sell the stacks and move out of my space, so let me know what kind of bands I could work with. Thanks for reading. Frank
