Come for the best core work out in nature on the water and gain tons of skills! Eat your wheaties because this is an action packed one hour class. You will learn many intermediate and advanced stroke and turn techniques as well as how to optimize your best alignment/form for better core integration bio mechanically and myo-fascially. We are training not just the body but activating new neural pathways with in the body for better form and efficient movement. Also leave with knowledge of important warm up exercises and restoration stretches to leave your body ready to play and ready to rest!!!!
