Deep Los Angeles returns to Venice after a 2 year hiatus for obvious reasons. We can't wait to be with our music family again to dance. Many associate him with "DEEP," the illustrious event (16 years running) that he nurtured in his hometown of Los Angeles, thriving and continuing today for well over a decade. After an injury cut her Olympic dreams short, Cristi shifted her focus to helping others improve their level of fitness through personal training, Pilates, Core Fusion, and yoga. After earning her degree in Kinesiology, Cristi studied extensively for over 10 years with world-renowned teachers including Saul David Raye, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Elisabeth Halfpapp, and Fred DeVito. From 2006-2014, Cristi served as the Director of the internationally renowned Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in Venice, CA, where she continues to teach yoga and Core Fusion. Cristi combines her teaching, practice, and bright energy into a dynamic and unique classroom style that translates into an infectious energy that her students can’t help but feel during each class. She spreads this energy across the globe, leading workshops, retreats, and has graced the covers of Yoga Journal, Om Yoga, and LA Yoga.  Cristi has also been the face for yoga & lifestyles brands such as ExhaleSpa, Satya Yoga Wear, B by Donna M, and Ananda Soul Creations. Cristi is also shaking up the yoga world with her integration of yoga and dance with live DJ’d house music during her invigorating “Deep Exhale” events. When she isn’t teaching, globe-trotting, and empowering others, you’ll likely find Cristi dancing and doing back flips on Venice Beach!
