FIND YOUR MODE is a mind & body workshop dedicated to the community to come together in a safe space to journal and work out.
The first 25 minutes of the workshop will be dedicated to self-reflection. You will be led through different writing activities that will help you find mental clarity and reshape your mindset.
The second half of the workshop will be a 30-minute workout led by the trainers at One Mode.
