A Yoga Nidra (sleep meditation) and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Extravaganza Aloha and Namaste beautiful souls!! Please join Yogi Mandhi🌺 and Jenna Denee Saturday 10/09/21 from 2-4pm for a Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath experience!! Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic sleep meditation done while in Savasana. Join us for a journey through our bodies, bringing awareness to every morsel of our being, meridians, chakras, breath, and a visualization portion at the end. Participants will fall into a deep relaxed half awake/half asleep state; also known as the “twilight zone.” Studies have shown the longer one can be in this state, the more health benefits can occur. It is basically like a vacuum to your subconscious; it helps clears out the clutter, and allows your brain and body to work more harmoniously and efficiently. You are left feeling rejuvenated, restored, and energized. Crystal bowls naturally help reduce stress and anxiety, stimulates the immune system, and assists with deep relaxation and pain relief. After we will take some time to reflect and connect with some Cacao (a ceremonial grade form of chocolate from @transcendimports).
