Description
Join us for our November lunch program with Keli Wylie, Alternative Project Delivery Administrator at ARDOT. WTS Arkansas's quarterly lunch program will be hosted at the Junior League of Little Rock on November 4. Join us as we welcome WTS Arkansas Chapter board president and ARDOT Alternative Project Delivery Administrator Keli Wylie! Keli began her career in the Department’s Roadway Design Division as a Civil Engineer. She held various positions in the Division and was named the Assistant Division Head of Roadway Design Division in 2012. Keli was appointed to serve as the Connecting Arkansas Program (CAP) Administrator in December 2012, when the CAP was created through a voter-approved constitutional amendment, after the citizens of Arkansas passed a 10-year, half-cent sales tax to improve the state’s intermodal transportation system, including 36 projects that widen and improve approximately 200 miles of highways and interstates. She was appointed to her current position in December of 2019 and oversees the Department’s Alternative Delivery Program, which includes Design Build, Progressive Design Build, and Construction Manager-General Contractor projects; as well as Independent Cost Estimating services. Keli currently serves as the Founding Chapter President of WTS Arkansas, a networking organization whose mission is to advance women’s careers to strengthen the transportation industry. She is also a member of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) and ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineers). She was recently named to the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce Leadership Arkansas Class XVI, a unique program designed for leaders within their respective communities and professions, to take a comprehensive view of the economic and political challenges that face the State. She is a registered Professional Engineer.
