POSITION: HVAC Apprentice JOB TYPE: Full-Time SALARY: Pay is based on experience LOCATION: Broken Arrow, OK SCHEDULE: M-F REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS: • 1-YR HVAC Experience (Preferred) • Drug free and a clean background report • GED or High School or Equivalent • Current and valid Driver License • Dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, great listener, punctual, and efficient - to name a few. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and ambitious individual. On-the-job training and practical experience will be provided along with general supervision. A variety of functions are required but not limited to duties and responsibilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with servicing units such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant, changing filters, and checking controls and other duties as directed. • Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short notice. • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, crouch, crawl, kneel, reach, and work in confined spaces. • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45+ pounds, and push and pull objects as required. • Work at least 30+ hours per week, and overtime as required. • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others. NOTE: Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of install apprentice experience in commercial or residential field; have a good knowledge of tools and surroundings. Pass Background Check and Drug screening. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings. Safe use of ladders. Be able to carry 100 pounds.
