MWKF Jodo Seminar and Grading The seminar is December 4th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Grading to 3 dan will follow the seminar. Grading registration is separate from the seminar registration. There will be open training with some of the instructors on December 3 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM The organized portion of the seminar will be December 4 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM There will be open training with some of the instructors on December 5th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Information about grading eligibility and registration can be found at https://midwestkendofederation.com/promotions/ Early Bird Registration to October 31 - $100 Preregistration November 1 to December 1 - $120 At the door registration $150 For questions regarding the seminar or the grading, please contact Peter Boylan [email protected] PH 734-552-6570 Walk-up registration will be available. Due to the nature of the event, please be vaccination or have a negative test within 72 hours. Masks will be required. The MIchigan Koryu Kenkyukai is dedicated to the study and proliferation of the classical Japanese arts of iaido and jodo.  We specifically focus on the iaido of Shinto Hatakage Ryu and the All Japan Kendo Federation, and the jodo of Shinto Muso Ryu and the All Japan Kendo Federation. These arts have hundreds of years of history, tradition and lessons that remain vaulable as well as readily applicable in the modern world.
