BEL AIR, MD — Police said two men were charged related to a September stabbing in Bel Air.
Timothy Heckman, 31, of Baltimore, and Blain Donnellon, 32, of Joppa, were charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, according to police.
The stabbing/cutting occurred Sept. 4 in the area of George Street and Archer Street, officials said.
Investigators said they began getting tips after the incident that led to the identification and apprehension of Heckman and Donnellon.
"The Bel Air Police Department thanks the community for their support and cooperation with this investigation as well as the assistance of the Maryland State Police Warrant Apprehension Unit and Harford County Sheriff's Office," police said in a statement.
