We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all Landscape Maintenance Operations within our Landscape Maintenance Department. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget. A great maintenance manager will have a solid understanding of all landscape components and irrigation systems. They will be well-versed in scheduling along with great communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Ensure that the landscape maintenance department remains organized and functioning at a profitable margin. Bid upcoming landscape maintenance projects as needed. Maintain and develop relationships with customers to ensure customer retention. Plan and oversee all irrigation repair activities. Assist in the Close out of the landscape maintenance period on New installs completed by the landscape installation department. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Skills Proven experience as landscape maintenance manager or other landscape managerial roles Experience in planning maintenance operations Solid understanding of technical aspects of landscape and irrigation systems Working knowledge of machines and equipment Ability to keep track of and report on activity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Valid Drivers License Fluent in English Spanish a plus Please email your resume and after your resume has been reviewed we will contact you to set up your interview.
