JOB DESCRIPTION Work Setting: Employer’s Home in Eagle Point Oregon Job Type: Part-time, flexible hours Work site Environment: Non-Smoking The Job: Our Family are seeking an experienced domestic assistant, who can oversee the care of our children and household. Looking for a caring, self-start who is willing to keep on top of the house work as well care for our kids at times. Must be willing to do diapers and aide in potty-training. We have three kids, ages 6 months, 2 years, and 12 years, that caring for their needs will be a part the job. The hours are flexible but most of the time it will be just a few weekdays and one weekend a month. Thing like general housekeeping, running errands, meal planning and preparing are some responsibilities. I would love to see some experience in the applicants but don’t let that stop you from applying. We will be running a background check…..you will be around our kids so we will be checking and we would ask for some references. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Landry • Dishes • Pick up after kids • Organize • Sweep and mop • Clutter busting • Bathrooms • Read with kids • Play games all sorts • Help with potty-training • Diaper changing • Outing with kids, like the park • Meal & Snack prep • Dance and sing with kids COVID 19 You would be my only employ so there is no mandate for you to get a shot. It is none of my damn business if you got the shot or not.my policy is if you sick call in sick and let me know and I will do the same courtesy. You will be in my home with my kids and I do not expect you to work at my house with a mask on all day and my kids and I will not be wearing a mask in our own home. If you have a problem with my family not wearing a mask in our own house then I recommend not applying.
