We are looking for a quote for the following work at 166 S SAN ROMAN RD in Bayview. This will be a cash job.
There is a compromised sewer yard-line approximately 70’ from a 4’ clean out located in the back. There are 3 clean-outs along the back of the house along with a 1,000 gallon septic tank. This septic tank was professionally drained in mid-July of 2021. The clean-outs tie in together approximately 30ft from the septic tank and run south southwest of the house instead of flowing into the exposed septic tank.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Call for a utility location
Excavate approximately 30 feet from where the sewer yard-lines tie in together (to the septic tank)
Once the tie-in fittings are exposed and the trench has been dug, cut and remove the existing tie-in fitting
Install a new inlet pipe (SCH 40 PVC) into the septic tank
Connect to the existing PVC pipe with stainless steel rubber couplings
Install a double combination cleanout outside of the house
Once all SCH 40 PVC pipe is installed, hydrostatically test all fixtures
Coordinate for a city plumbing inspection to inspect for code compliance
Once the sewer is inspected and approved by the city, backfill the trench
