Hello, My name is Bryan and I am getting married on October 30th 2021. We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable food prep, food server and (during and after event) clean up person. We would prefer someone who is vaccinated, good attitude and have a sense of urgency. We already hired 1 staff member and need to fill the 2nd position. You will not be doing this alone. This is going to be a very relax and Fun setting and will be an outdoor venue. Start Time will be 2pm and End Time is 11pm. You will have two 10 min breaks and a 30 mins lunch. Duties include: * Minimal vegetable and fruit prep *Displaying and prep appetizers and nacho bar table. Semi Knowledge in ( charcuterie board, aka cheese boards) is a Plus! * Displaying the desserts (cupcakes, wedding cake etc) * If needed assist Bartender-putting ice, soda and water in tubs. (Also, support bartender if they are backed up on drinks and re-stock ice etc..) * Walking around and picking up trash, empty cups/plates on tables. (Light Bussing ) * Sanitizing work stations *Cleaning and re-stocking appetizers, nacho bar and dessert table * Cake cutting and plating cake ( Guest will be walking up to choose their own desserts) * Tidy up the restrooms * Assist in after reception cleaning of venue. including floors, bathroom and outside grounds THANK YOU
