I am looking to recruit vendors for a Holiday Boutique taking place at the South Pasadena Woman's Club. The event will be on Saturday, November 27th from 9:00am to 2:00pm. All items for sale need to be homemade/handcrafted. Looking for vendors of: paintings, photography, jewelry, candles, soaps, bath salts, clothing, hats, jams, pottery, etc… any homemade gifts or décor. Each vendor is required to donate one piece for a raffle fundraiser with the approximate value of $20 or more. Vendors and patrons alike are required to be vaccinated and wear masks during the event. Vendor Space: Each space includes: one, 8’ long table, & two chairs. No substitutions or additions are allowed. You may bring a rolling rack for apparel, if required. Only one vendor per space, no split booths. You will need to provide your own tablecloth or table cover. Fees: Early Bird Special: $40 if fees are paid in full by October 15, 2021, PLUS, donation of item/service for opportunity drawing. After October 15th fee is $45, PLUS, donation of item/service for raffle. Suggested value on opportunity drawing donation is minimum $20. All fees are non-refundable. Application: Submit completed application form, description of your homemade goods, donated item(s) and a link to your website or social media showing your products and displays. Marketing: We encourage you to begin to market to your clientele and followers three weeks before the event. We will post the event on our social media including Facebook, and Instagram. Day of the Event: Vendor Load In and Setup: Set up begins at approximately 7:00am and must be completed by 8:45am. (I am looking to arrange set up the evening before, if possible, will let you know) Parking: is available on surrounding streets as well as across the street in the South Pasadena High School Parking lot. Hand carts and dollies are not provided so please plan to bring your own. Strike and Load Out: Your table must be completely cleared off and all merchandise removed from the club no later than 3:00pm. An evening event is scheduled to begin set up at 4:00pm.
