Moving from 1st-floor drive-up condo in UTC to house in Chula Vista - no stairs in condo - six stairs in house - must be clean cut and have moving blankets and 20'-26' truck. Moving the following items: 1 king mattress set and basic frame, 1 dresser (5' wide), 1 chest of drawers (4'x4'), 1 twin mattress (mattress only), 1 student desk (3.5'x1.5') and chair, 1 dresser (4' high), 1 work desk (3.5'x2'), two desk returns (4'x2'), 2 sofas (6'x3'), two flat chairs (3' x 3'), 1 small easy chair (2.5'x2'), small ottoman (2'x1), 4 tvs (32", 45", 65" and 75" - remove from wall with mounts), small table (3'x1.5'), small nightstand (1'x1'), two small desks (2'x1.5'), standing clock (1.5'x6'), dining table (6.5'x4'), 5 dining chairs, 3 narrow bookcases (1.5'x6'), 2 medium bookcases (2'x6'), 1 chest (2.5'x4'), 1 twin mattress set (mattress/box springs only), 2 kids chest of drawers (3'x4'), 1 student desk (4'x2'), 1 student desk with hutch (4'x2'x6'), 3 mirrors (3' wide), 1 kitchen table (5'x3') and four small chairs.
