POSITION: EROSION CONTROL FIELD FOREMAN DATE: OCTOBER 2021 Ground Service Technology, Inc. (GST) is seeking full-time Erosion Control Supervisor to perform the following job requirements and responsibilities: *Excellent career change opportunity into a much less crowded and higher opportunity profession with excellent pay and benefits. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Must have a minimum 2 years experience in the landscaping industry as a foreman, manager, or supervisor. * Must have previous managerial or supervisor experience. * Must have a clean DMV record and current California drivers license. (NOTE...* Those with a Commercial Drivers License will be considered for higher compensation) * Must be drug free. (Applicants will be required to pass drug test prior to employment) CONTINUALLY DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BY: • Creating a positive impression at all times with all customers. • Increasing customer satisfaction through effective and timely installations. PERFORM INSTALLATION OF EROSION CONTROL PROJECTS FOR GST CLIENTS BY: • Properly oversee, supervise, and assist in the installation of all erosion control measures. • Assisting with all aspects of the project with office staff and project managers. • Properly manage all field employees to insure quality work, safety, and installs on schedule. • Ensuring that all equipment is properly used and maintained. • Adhere to safety guidelines and requirements. • Maintain all tool inventory assignment and checkout. • Perform all work in a neat and quality manner. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management. • Must be drug free. • Must be energetic and willing to work outdoors and in various weather conditions. • Must be willing and able to carry materials that may weigh up to 50lbs. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Base starting salary range $25 - $35 per hour, or more, based on experience, certifications, and job assignments. Email resume by responding to this posting.
