Looking for a maintenace person to help maintain rental homes. This is an 'as needed' position. Skills needed include
HVAC skills, minor electrical skills, basic construction skills, plumbing skills, and painting skills. Person could be needed for urgent HVAC issues or water issues. General work is performed after 5:00PM weekly and on weekends. Make-ready work could include fast turnaround of a house that was just vacated and is about to have a new tenant. Must have own tools to perform work described. Ideal candidate will have apartment maintenance experience and is currently employed in this field.
