I own a well-established Home Automation business that focuses on Control4 and I need someone that enjoys learning, growing, and having fun. We are NOT a big company with dozens of employees in which you get lost in the shuffle and must follow a bunch of policies and rules that waste time. You will learn how to install all types of Audio/Video gear, create networks and even program Control4. Do you know how to do these things already? If you are new to the industry or want to learn an amazing trade reach out anyway. I need to fill entry level positions as well and truly enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I have helped many people learn this trade and continue to great success. Entry Level employee pay rate is between $16-$20 per hour, with a raise at 90 days & 1 year. Sick pay & vacation pro-rated after 90 days & adjusted annually. I offer no Health Insurance. Experienced Level employee pay rate is DOE. I know what experienced people make & am VERY competitive. Low overhead & efficiency means better $$. I prefer to employ salaried employees with allowances for travel, cell phone, and tools, but am open to what suits your needs, for the right person! Reach out ASAP. Looking to fill position within 2 weeks. Job Scope Able to lift up to 75lbs above your head. Walk and stand for long periods of time. Comfortable climbing ladders up to 12’. Working in attic & crawl spaces and handle heights. All tools provided. Comfortable with working outdoors during hot times of the year and wonderfully air-conditioned mansions!
