Must be available to participate in on-call schedule Immediate Opening: North San Diego based Hometown Restoration responding to floods, fires, biohazard and mold. We are looking for a full time field technician to assist us in our growing business. We provide guaranteed full time hours We have 5 star ratings on most of the online review platforms and are quickly scaling up. The Restoration technician performs construction, demo and cleaning processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of equipment, as well as an assigned service vehicle. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the Restoration technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. You will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow. Training and development program available, which can include industry certifications. Compensation & Benefits -- Starting Pay $16-18 per hour depending on experience. -- High advancement potential — health insurance provided after 90 days --Paid Training -- Holiday Pay Job Requirements -- Excellent Driving Record Required- must be able to drive a company vehicle. -- Ability to be on your feet and doing strenuous activity for 8+ hrs per day at multiple job sites. --Lift 50+ pounds -- We provide emergency services so the applicant must be able to work some nights and weekends, following an "on call" rotation and during winter storm events when required.
