Need Affordable Help Fixing Motorhome Overheating

Have a motorhome that runs fine after driving a little while it gets hot when stopped at a red light. But once you start driving again temperature starts to go back to normal. I was told could be water pump, fan, thermostat, something like that. The thermostat was recently replaced and hoses as well, less than a month ago. The motorhome was also driven down from CA with no issue mainly because its all highway. Just want to have someone that knows a thing or two come check it our and give an estimate on how much they would charge to repair. I already have a replacement water pump should it turn out to be that. Please let me know how much you charge to come out and diagnose the issue. Text pls
