Looking for enthusiastic people with a desire to grow with a locally owned and operated business. We are looking for an assistant manager, Sales Advisor, and line workers. No experience necessary. You will have opportunity to earn commission on top of your hourly wage. Some overtime will be available during peak wash times. 1 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment. This is an outside job and you will be on your feet throughout your shift. Payroll is every other Monday. You must work weekends. We expect our team members to smile at our guest every time. The team members we are looking for must possess the following: 1. Professionalism 2. Pride in their work 3. Must be coachable/willing to learn (If you think you know everything please DO NOT APPLY) 4. Intrinsically motivated 5. Willing to occasionally travel for training and certifications 6. Want to break personal performance goals The positions range from $11 per hour plus opportunity for commission to $750/week salary.
