I am looking for a quality paint job on an old craftsman house. All the siding is new, but the trim work is still the original. The job is about 3500 sq feet and 2 1/2 stories tall. 3 sides have access by scaffolding and one side is by pump jacks. It will be 2 colors, a grey on already primed siding (new cedar and pre primed) and a glossy white on the trim. Please respond with your CONTRACTORS LICENSE. Because of the nature of the height, locations and difficulty of this job this is an absolute must. We won't be considering anyone without a license. Please also respond with a range of amounts for LABOR only. We will supply all the paint and 90% of the consumables such as tape, paper and masking. I won't be holding you to the estimate but I want a sense of what it will be before we walk the job. Happy to answer any additional questions. I think that this work will be available to do in the next 2 - 3 weeks.
