Re-homing Callicat

Sweet older calico who’s been my companion for a number of years. Not sure how old she is as she adopted me one day already an adult. She needs a small pill in her food once a day for thyroid. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle. She is an indoor outdoor cat but prefers to use a litter box. I am moving to North Carolina this month and am heartbroken that I cannot take her with me for various reasons. Hoping you can find a soft spot for my kitty.
