I am a private chef looking for chefs, servers and bartenders to assist with a busy upcoming fall and holiday season. The private dinners and events will mostly be located in NYC but also CT, NJ & the Hamptons. I am looking for both chefs that are comfortable running private dinners and events themselves and for sous chefs that can assist me with events and prep work. Also looking for servers and bartenders. Michelin restaurant level experience preferred but open to training people new to private event work as well. If interested please e-mail your resume.
