We are looking for an Cleaning/Maintenance Person for our 120+ unit complex to start work immediately.
Job Duties will include: Assist with turnover of units - cleaning, repairs.
Applicant Must:
1. Provide positive references with phone numbers to legitimate businesses (relevant, long standing references will be given preference)
2. Be capable of physical labor - walking up and down steps, cleaning, etc.
3. Be comfortable working on a computer.
4. Be honest, responsible/reliable and have good judgment.
5. Able to follow rules and also ensure residents' follow the rules.
6. Be capable of accuracy
7. Be detail oriented - keep thorough resident files including recording any incidents with residents
8. Must communicate regularly (usually via email) with owners about status of complex
9. Be comfortable handling residents of all ages, some are young adults living on their own for the first time.
10. Be on call 2 days per week in the evening (for emergencies only) and cover for resident manager when she is on vacation.
Compensation Includes:
$17/hour
20-30 hours per week
