In light of the complete obstruction of the Mueller investigation by Bill Barr and a host of others, the Supreme Court has ruled that all defendants are now entitled to the same process. In the future: Defense attorneys will determine who can testify The defendant will be allowed to choose his own prosecutor and what questions the prosecutor is allowed to ask The defendant will also be allowed to tell codefendants and witnesses they don't have to respond to subpoenas Witnesses that ignore subpoenas will not be fined or punished in any way Defendants will no longer be required to swear to tell the truth in court - alternative facts are fine now
