In 10 years, I will be ready to retire and since we will be Besties (BFFs) by then and I will have fully trained you about the back office paperwork of owning this business, YOU WILL inherit a VERY PROFITABLE ongoing business that you helped create and continue to be profitable long into the future! That is because you will have put in a lot of sweat equity into it over the years and I wiill "GROOM YOU" to flawlessly take over and be a BIG SUCCESS from day one!
