My 80 year old neighbor has had cats his whole life and currently hasn't made the effort to get another one since he had to put his last one to sleep a few years ago from old age. He's not "actively looking" for a cat, but he told me that if anyone is looking to rehome their cat he'd be willing to take it. I just want to put this out here if you have a cat that you can't keep and you want it to go to a really nice old man that will take good care of it let me know and I'll put you in touch with him.
